All of our printing and embroidery is carried in our own premises by our own team of dedicated and experienced Heat printers and embroiderers.

Our embroidery specialists and an in-house design/artwork team that are able to re-produce your artwork or logo to a high quality even if you don't have the original artwork

We can provide full colour A4 size prints that will be colour safe for up to 50 washes at normal wash temperature of 30 degrees or a cheaper process for the one off promotional function, again please e-mail for further details & prices.

Heat Printing Process
1. Designing Digital Artwork for Heat Printing: This is first step of Heat printing, it begin when we receive design information from our customer. Using the design information a computerised artwork is generated by our designer, using the colour of the garment selected in order. Once this digital artwork is designed, it is sent to our customer for approval.

2. Colour Separation: Approved artwork is sent to our print department where it undergoes colour separation. One colour at a time is taken when Heat printing is done, so each colour in design will have its own Heat. With each additional colour applied a separate Heat is designed and hence the cost of printing increases with extra colours.
